Welcome to VidPlus (the "Site", "Service", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a legally binding contract between you ("you" or the "User") and us. By explicitly accepting the access or creation agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

The Service enables Users to create images from text prompts and generate short video clips from images created on Vid.Plus using artificial-intelligence ("AI") models (the "AI-Generated Content"). New accounts use prompts and images created on the Service. Eligible existing accounts may also use available source-image upload features. Available models, motion templates and credit costs are shown in the creation interface.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Every person you depict must be an adult aged 18 or older. This applies to prompts, saved images, generated media and any upload features available to eligible existing accounts.
Before your first creation under this version of the Terms, you must explicitly accept the creation agreement. We save its version and acceptance time to your account. Reading these documents alone does not accept that agreement.

3. User Accounts and Security

You may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

"User Content" means prompts, source images, saved creations, images, videos, data, text, audio, and other material you submit or create through the Service. These requirements apply equally to a real person named or described in a prompt and a person depicted in an image.

4.1 Your Representations

By submitting a prompt or source, generating, editing, or sharing content, you represent and warrant that:

you own or control the necessary rights to your inputs; everyone depicted is an adult; and for each identifiable real person other than yourself, you have explicit permission covering their likeness, AI processing, the intended depiction or alteration, and any intended sharing or publication;
the User Content does not infringe, misappropriate or violate any intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other proprietary rights; and
the User Content complies with Section 4.3 (Prohibited Content) and applicable model or provider restrictions. Consent does not override these restrictions.

Permission to take or possess a photograph is not permission to generate an intimate or altered depiction, or to publish it. A public photograph, celebrity status, a publicly available name, or an earlier consent for a different use does not establish permission. Be prepared to substantiate the permission you claim. A fictional adult must not be used as a pretext for depicting a recognizable real person without permission.

4.2 Licence to Us

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works (including AI-Generated Content) and otherwise use the User Content solely to operate and provide the Service, carry out generation and editing you request, and perform quality assurance, safety, abuse prevention, compliance and support. Service providers may process content for these purposes. Authorized staff may review prompts and generated or submitted media when needed for those purposes, including private creations. Limiting visible account attribution does not make recognizable people or content anonymous. This licence is limited to those purposes and the retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Private creations and review

Your content is not made public unless you choose to share it. Private content can still be processed by our service providers and reviewed by authorized staff for the purposes above. Accepting these Terms does not authorize use of your private creations for model training or public marketing; either use requires a separate, explicit permission. Any optional permission must describe its scope and how to withdraw it.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree that you will not upload, generate or distribute via the Service any content that:

depicts, sexualizes, or attempts to depict anyone under 18, or a person presented as or appearing underage, including fictional or AI-generated people;
creates or shares nonconsensual intimate imagery, including synthetic nudity, sexual alterations or deepfakes of identifiable real people;
depicts an identifiable real person without the required explicit, verifiable permission, or deceptively impersonates someone, fabricates their endorsement, or misrepresents a generated event as authentic;
attempts prohibited generation, bypasses moderation, disguises prohibited requests, or helps another person evade safeguards;
promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hate;
is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable;
infringes any third-party rights; or
violates any applicable law or regulation.

Adult content involving fictional adults, yourself, or other consenting adults is permitted only where it complies with these Terms, applicable laws and the restrictions of the model or service provider used. New accounts create from prompts and images generated on Vid.Plus; these Terms do not enable external uploads. You must review outputs before using or sharing them and must not keep or distribute a prohibited output, even if it was generated unintentionally. Report it using Section 9.1. A checkbox or a passed prompt filter does not establish consent or guarantee that content is permitted.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-Generated Content is created algorithmically and may contain artifacts, inaccuracies or distortions. We do not guarantee that AI-Generated Content will be accurate, realistic, or fit for any particular purpose.
Images and videos you generate on Vid.Plus remain in your account until you delete them or your account. Temporary source uploads are deleted after 14 days. References you save to a reusable character remain until you delete the character or your account.
You acknowledge that AI-Generated Content may unintentionally produce sensitive or offensive material; you assume all risk arising from its use or publication.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the payment of any applicable fees, we assign to you all of our right, title and interest in and to the AI-Generated Content we specifically create for you, excluding underlying software or models and subject to applicable model or provider licences and third-party rights. Commercial use is permitted only to the extent those licences, rights and applicable law allow it. We do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or that another user will not receive a similar output.
Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all AI-Generated Content created from your prompts, saved images or available uploads, including any sharing, publication or other use. You must ensure that such content complies with all applicable laws, regulations and these Terms. Disclose its AI-generated nature when sharing where required by law, the destination platform, or where omitting that fact would mislead people. Do not present it as authentic footage of a real event or as a real person’s endorsement.

6. Intellectual-Property Rights

All intellectual-property rights in the Site, underlying models, software, trademarks and logos are and shall remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or service marks without prior written consent.

7. Fees and Payment

If the Service offers paid tiers, credits or subscriptions, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and billing terms posted on the Site. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

For a three-month credit pack, you pay once for three monthly credit deliveries. The first third of the listed credits is delivered after payment confirmation; the remaining two thirds arrive in two monthly installments. Existing six-month packs keep their original six-delivery schedule, and earlier upfront-credit purchases keep credits already granted. Delivered credits do not expire. A refund or account deletion stops future undelivered installments.

Returning customers may separately opt into a Telegram Stars auto-refill. Telegram charges the displayed Stars amount when you enroll and every 30 days afterward, adding the displayed credits after each confirmed charge. You can stop future charges from the credit account section of the pricing page. Cancellation does not remove credits already delivered; refunds follow Section 7.1. Existing one-time packs do not change or renew automatically.

7.1 Refunds Policy

Purchases are generally final, except as required by law or where we expressly offer a refund. Contact support@dreamwild.io if you believe a charge or delivery was made in error.

When a payment is fully refunded, its unused delivered credits may be removed and any remaining scheduled deliveries stop. Credits already consumed for AI-Generated Content cannot be restored; the amount spent may be applied against future credit grants. AI-Generated Content may vary in quality.

8. Creator Rewards and Payouts

Reward Policy Changes. We may establish, modify, or discontinue any rules or formulas governing credit-based or monetary rewards for template creators at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Reward Calculation and Display. Reward figures shown in your account dashboard are for informational purposes only and may be subject to verification, adjustment, or delay. The final amounts payable shall be determined solely by our internal calculations and records.

Payout Schedule. Payouts are processed on a periodic basis as determined by us and may be delayed, held, or combined if we suspect irregularities or need to verify eligibility.

Transaction Fees. When requesting a withdrawal or payout, creators shall bear any and all transaction-related costs, including but not limited to bank charges, wire-transfer fees, third-party payment-processor fees, and blockchain-network fees. We are not responsible for any losses or delays caused by such third-party providers.

Currency and Exchange Rates. All rewards and payments are calculated and disbursed in the currency specified by us. Any conversions shall be made at rates and methods determined by us, and we are not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations or third-party fees.

Tax Responsibilities. Each creator is solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any applicable tax obligations arising from rewards or payouts received through the Service. We do not provide tax advice and will not make filings or payments on your behalf.

Fraud and Abuse. We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or claw back any rewards or balances if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, including but not limited to fake registrations, artificial traffic generation, or credit manipulation. Such conduct may result in account termination and permanent disqualification.

Program Discontinuation. We may suspend or terminate the rewards program, in whole or in part, at any time without liability, provided that validly accrued but unpaid rewards will be processed in accordance with these Terms.

9. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). For takedown requests please email support@dreamwild.io with the required information.

9.1 Safety Reports and Removal Requests

Anyone may report prohibited content, including nonconsensual intimate imagery, through the form below without an account, or contact support@dreamwild.io. Identify the content with links or creation IDs, provide contact details, and explain the issue. For an intimate-content removal request, the person depicted or their authorized representative should identify the person, state a good-faith belief that publication was not consensual, and provide a physical or electronic signature. Do not send the intimate media itself or sensitive identity documents in this form.

We review reports, may request necessary clarification, and remove content that violates our policies or applicable law. For a valid request covered by the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we will remove the covered content within 48 hours of receipt and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies as required by that law. Other reports are assessed according to their circumstances. Filing a report does not itself remove media or guarantee a particular outcome.

You receive a report reference and private access key to check its status and our response. Save both; do not share the access key publicly. Report information is restricted to authorized staff and service providers supporting review. Appeal a report decision or account restriction by emailing support@dreamwild.io with the report reference or account details and the reasons for your appeal. Appeals do not delay removal required by law.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Site and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

(a) your User Content;
(b) your use of the Service;
(c) your breach of these Terms; or
(d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may reject a prompt, block generation, restrict sharing, remove content, or suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, applicable law or provider restrictions, or threatens other people or the Service. Serious violations, including attempted underage sexual content or nonconsensual intimate imagery, may result in immediate suspension or termination. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the action and allow an appeal through support@dreamwild.io. We may preserve necessary evidence and comply with lawful reporting obligations. Sections 4–14 survive termination.

14. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. When we require a new creation agreement for a material update, creation remains unavailable until you explicitly accept that version. We retain the version and time of acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service; available account and deletion controls remain accessible.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations; if unresolved, the courts of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer or privacy rights, or access to courts that applicable law requires.
